Good Company wanted to introduce a new premium convenience store offer in Dubai to fill a niche between corner stores and supermarkets. Aimed at wealthy ex-pats from all around the world, the store offers them somewhere close to home or work where they can stock up on daily essentials or grab a coffee or sandwich on the go. Circle created a brand strategy for the store, a new name, ‘Jar’ (meaning neighbour in Arabic), and a vibrant identity toolkit. The modular store design uses premium materials and careful zonal plans to attract shoppers and encourage impulse purchases. In addition, a bespoke deli counter and coffee area combined with an attractive fresh grocery display are strong features to draw customers into the stores. Good Company is now ready for launch with a compelling brand offer, strong retail strategy and unique interior design that will maximise customer share and profitability.
